Our stay at the Treadwell Mansion was wonderful. The location is ideal, the property is gorgeous, and our room was better than I expected. The property has a high end feel. The views from the rooftop are gorgeous. What a wonderful spot to take in Portsmouth.

Incredible facility. Clean, spacious, great location. Complimentary seltzers, juice and bottled water was nice. Only complaint is with offsite parking… if you have an SUV (garage is only for compact cars) the assigned lot is a solid 8-10 minute walk away and makes loading/unloading very inconvenient. There are public parking lots that are closer and cheaper. Would stay here again and just plan for different parking.
