6/10 Good

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room as there is no breakfast offered at the property. The rooms are not soundproofed. There is a private family living area that is adjacent to some of the rooms and that area was quite noisy in the late evenings.

The hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. A family run hotel that we felt comfortable and safe coming ´home´ to after long, hot days! Our room was cosy, clean and cool. Giuseppe was very kind and helpful by giving us great advice of places to see and eat, and how to get there. We highly recommend this Golden gem!

Loved the place because it is ran by the family. I walked to most places, Fontana Di Trevi, Spanish Stairs, Vatican, getting transportation was easy from location. You’ll have an Oliver’s Cafe, with the best Cappuccinos. La Bruschetta with the best Italian food, family ran as well.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Golden. It is a family run hotel and they were so welcoming to us. It is a very quiet spot which was so nice at night time when you are trying to sleep. The rooms were clean and kept in fantastic shape. When we were leaving the owner called us a taxi and was so kind and nice whenever we needed help. I will recommend Hotel Golden to anyone staying in Rome. I would chose to stay here if I come back. It was our favourite hotel of the trip!

Great location in walking distance from the heart of Rome. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff - respectively family (everyone working at the hotel seems to be related, which was very sweet). Thanks a lot for helping with the parking and the early morning check out. Much appreciated. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This is a small family owned hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. For the price of the room we had everything we needed. I wish there would have been coffee and tea available in the rooms though.

A wonderful, quiet hotel! I enjoyed my stay. Make sure to explore this area of the city as it has some hidden gems. And, the air conditioning was very efficient. Thank you, Giuseppe and family for a lovely experience.
