Check in時要我寫資料，但給的筆斷水，我反映了也不理我，還要拿出自己的筆寫。 早餐點美式咖啡，上來一壺，喝完時發現壺裡都是茶葉？是沒洗還是怎麼樣我也不敢想了，反應給餐廳也沒有作為，最後Check out時跟櫃檯說這件事並且附上照片，才能拿到住宿優惠，硬體設備很新不錯但人員服務有點怪怪的
