Franco and the whole front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Monopoli itself was beautiful but very, very touristy. This property puts you in the heart of everything.

Fantastic stay! From the moment we checked in the staff were so helpful. They offer a free shuttle bus to a beach club, which we went to and was great. The rooms were cleaned and new towels etc. every day. Beautiful hotel, great location. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

8/10 Very good

Great service. Room was very small and poorly laid out but I did book the basic. The real issue was it was super loud from (I assume) the restaurant at night and perhaps some sort of deliveries (repeated banging) in the AM. Good breakfast.

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable check in & check out experience. We pre ordered car park and the clear instructions received in advance meant we had smooth parking. The property is well located to all the main attractions. Breakfast was very efficient with good quality coffee. Thank you for a great stay Grazie Mille

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and having staff available 24 hours a day made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the drainage in the shower, as water tended to pool around our feet while showering. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to stay here again!

Lovely hotel in the centre square of Monopoli. We stayed two nights. The city was quite busy which made finding a table a little tricky particularly as we are not fish eaters. We ate at the hotel on the second night and we both had an excellent meal. We parked our Audi Q7 at Sa Ma private parking at €25 per night. Quite tight but the team were very helpful and the car felt safe. Definitely a hotel and car park we would return to.

Great property in a super easy, convenient location! Walk right out the door into the square filled with cafes & shops! We paid to park in the private garage & Vito took us everyday to retrieve it & back it out of the right space. He was amazing. A good continental breakfast…but if you get there late they don’t seem to replenish once items are gone, so get there earlier than later. Front desk staff were very nice & spoke good English which was helpful of course.

6/10 Good

Great location, excellent food and wonderful staff. My only negative was the room. We had the family room for 4 and it was a bit tight. The way the bathroom is set up is not good. The bidet was set up was right next to the shower, so it made it awkward getting in and out. The shower was uncomfortabley small and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The mattress and pillows were rock hard and it caused pain in my neck and shoulders. For this reason, I would not stay here again.
