Stayed just for one night. Room was very modern and clean; has everything you would need. Very good communication with the property. All the staff members were helpful and friendly. Stored my luggage (heavy DJ equipment :D after check-out and had a few local beers at the bar/restaurant in the lobby. Excellent location! 5 min taxi trip from Berlin Central Station. Can easily recommend to anyone :)

Hotel was clean and simple. Everything you need. Tucked into a courtyard it was well away from traffic noise. Easy to reach with the tram from the main train station. The room was a nice size and clean. The breakfast was great! This was a nice, quiet location. The bed was not so comfortable - woke every day with a back ache. The check in process was very frustrating and stressful. We arrived at the hotel Sunday 7pm after an overnight flight & found that the doors were locked, and no one was at the reception. The sign on the door said we should have received an email with check in instructions but we did not get an email. We were very tired, and could not get into the building. We tried contacting the hotel through Whatsapp with the number on the door but no one replied. We probably were outside 30 minutes when another hotel guest came out, and tried to help us. She gave us a different phone number and we sent a text to that number and about 10 minutes later finally got a reply. Until we got the reply (after 40 minutes of standing outside), we thought we were going to have to find a different hotel and were worried about being charged when we couldn't get inside or get into our room.
