Jai réservé 2 nuits au Don Alvares situé sur l'annonce sur l'avenue Álvares Cabral 46, Lisbon. Quand j'ai reçu la confirmation de réservation, ce n'était plus la même adresse. C'était finalement Ruo de San Domingos 1, Lisbonne. Jai sollicité à Hôtel.com pour indiquer que l'adresse n'était pas bonne. Ils m'ont dit que la bonne adresse était Ruo San Domingos. 1er problème donc. Sur Google maps, je vérifie la façade et quand je suis arrivé devant le bâtiment ce n'était pas la même (façade en mauvais état jai les photos). A l'intérieur 1 sdb au RDC pour 7 chambres ! 7 chambres...Par conséquent un temps d'attente interminable pour prendre une douche. La chambre le lit était trop grand pour une pièce de 6 ou 7 m2. Impossible de marcher autour du lit. Difficile d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer. 1 seule prise électrique cassée mais fonctionnelle. Jai voulu annuler ma 2ème nuit avant 11h le lendemain (heure du check out). Cela m'a été refusé. Je souhaite un remboursement ou un avoir équivalent à ma 2eme nuit. Sinon je ne réutiliserai plus Hôtels.com et j'irai chez la concurrence. Dommage je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec Hôtels. Com quand jai voyagé en Asie. Merci de me faire un geste commercial si vous souhaitez garder votre clientèle et votre image. Cordialement Jeremy Accary

Realizamos a reserva que constava o endereço e as fotos do estabelecimento. Porém, no momento do check-in mudaram o endereço da reserva, era próximo, mas não era o que havia escolhido. Muito diferente das fotos! Não gostamos!
