10/10 Exceptional

The only difficulty is finding reception which was in a small unit at the back of the complex. Once found though everything was perfect. A lovely room, fantastic restaurant opposite, and a very short walk to the Royal Navy Submarines museum, which also has a ferry to the main Portsmouth docks. And most importantly. Parkrun is just 16 minutes drive 🏃‍➡️

On arrival staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cosy, bathroom was large with great walk in shower. Dressing table with hairdryer. Kettle and coffee machine with ample teabags, coffee pods and milk cartons, unfortunately you had to move the kettle etc to another surface be able to plug them in as no socket close enough. Blackout blind perfect. Only enough room on rail for 4 hangers, and the drawers were very small, not suitable for storage. Nowhere to put a suitcase. Great for a couple staying for just a day or two.
