Check in was a bit delayed as the code for the door I received did not work but the host was quick to fix it. Upon entering the space was clean and bright. The unit was very hot and there was only 1 plug in fan on site. We asked for another and the maintenance person dropped it off within the hour. The other amenities were great. The hot tub was a great plus! The BBQ needs to be looked at as it only operates on high. Of note there are no window coverings in the kitchen or living area. Which makes for a very uncomfortable feeling at night. The door to the upstairs bathroom also needs fixing even when locked anyone can push it open. Otherwise a great stay in Big White.
