We checked out and didn’t spend the night. Room 108 smelled strongly of mold. The bathroom was dirty, with one dirty towel hanging on the rack. There was what appeared to be blood splattered on the wall, door, and mirror. Also, we found it strange that the door knob is installed backwards on the bathroom door so you can only lock it from the outside. The other people staying there appeared to be living there and the room next to us had several late night visitors in the couple hours we were there sitting outside trying to air out the mold smell. We decided it would be better to just a get a room at the hotel next door.

This "Hotel" is in the middle of a homeless village with a group of them hanging out right outside out door. Broken tolite paper holder, towel rack, and the bedspread definitely was not clean. Thank goodness the manager gave us a refund for the nights we could no longer stay there.he seemed to understand we just did not feel safe there. Thankful for that.

Check-in was non-existent, the room we ended up in was not the room that we booked. We were told that the maids had "taken the day off" and there would be no room refresh. The towels we were provided with were threadbare and not full-sized (they looked the size of bath mats). There was not remote for the TV, which was fine since we didn't spend much time in the room. The only thing that wasn't broken or poorly fixed was the shower water pressure and the air conditioner. The fire alarm was off the ceiling, the towel rod, toilet roll holder, and bathroom window were all broken and hastily fixed. We had no other stay option since this all happened as we arrived, and were only staying for 2 nights. Would never recommend to stay at a place that the moment you arrive, you get told "let me know if you want to keep the room, if not that's fine" with no offer for refund.
