All are terrible at speaking English. It took forever to check out. Two women at reception when I checked out, but they both had to be involved in checking out the person in front of me. And very, very slowly. They also forced me to pay extra to check out, even though I did not get anything from the minibar, destroy anything, or order any service during my hotel stay. In a muffin from the breakfast , I found a long black hair baked in. Diaqusting.

Although the location was great, the room was kinda small with just a small desk and basically the place to put your luggage. Luckily, I was there only for a few days (two) so, had not much to handle.

Hotel fica numa localização maravilhosa e perto de tudo. Poucos passos da Av.18 de julho. Ótimo café da manhã e pessoal muito prestativo. Estacionamento bem próximo, mas como nosso carro estava com maleiro ( altura não permitida ) , tivemos que retirá- lo para fazer uso do Estacionamento. Tudo vem resolvido pelo hotel.
