I’ve stayed here several times in the past, including a long, three week stint during the pandemic. I can’t believe how much this hotel has decayed since my last stay approximately a year ago. Neither of the two wifi networks work, my room was dingy, and the toilet clogged, breakfast was simply not managed, with dirty dishes at every table left behind. At checkout, I mentioned my disappointment to the clerk, who was apathetic. Unfortunately, I won’t ever be staying there again.

The location and the breakfast were great. The WiFi never worked so I had to pay extra (international price) to be able to use internet. The staff were rude, never made eye contact or greet when I entered the hotel. When I complained about the WiFi the staff (young brunette lady with short hair) said I was lying because no one else had complained to them and it was weird that people would say it to me. In my bedroom the a/c didn’t make any difference in the room temperature. I had water coming from the windows and mold on the wall. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and shower from previous guest. I told the young staff with blond hair and she didn’t care and still wanted to charge from my dinner R$29. I told her to call her manager Mari who waved the dinner as an apology, but in reality they should have returned some of my money back since I had to pay so much for international WiFi. The room of course was closed due to mold.

Unfortunately, I experienced my first time ever having no water in a hotel. The water had been cut off since 6:00 am (at least I noticed at that time) I woke up and discovered that no water was available. In an unprofessional manner, the front desk staff argued that the shortage was due to city maintenance and that the hotel was not responsible. However, there were signs in the elevators asking guests to economize water because of problems with the building’s water system — and these signs had been posted before the shortage began. The staff simply kept saying that the water would be back “in just a few more minutes.” However, by 4:00 pm there was still no water, and I had to request that my mom and I be moved to another hotel. must acknowledge the front desk staff on the afternoon shift — unlike the morning staff, they informed incoming guests about the water issue and suggested that they cancel their reservations. I saw many people choosing to go to other hotels. I don’t know how this water shortage affected cleaning activities, but I can imagine that several hours without water could have put the health of hundreds of guests at risk.

Cama muito ruim nem consegui dormir com dor das molas nas costas. Tem uma luz do alarme de incêndio que fica piscando a noite toda, e com escuridão fica bem forte. O que era para ser Blackout passava muita luz e não tinha outra cortina. Nos dois dias que fiquei no " hotel " às 3hs da manhã apagou toda elétrica, desligou tudo até ar condicionado, ficou um tempinho e depois religou tudo. Bom enfim ou eu tive muito azar com o quarto ou é o padrão deles. Como estava na correria, voltei bem tarde e teria que fazer toda mudança nem pedi outro quarto. Eu não fico mais tem vários hotéis melhores e até mais barato. Nem fui tomar café da manhã de tão cansado, mas acredito que não devo ter perdido nada.

Hotel sem sem nenhum atendimento. Hotel com problemas de acessibilidade. Pra entrar no hotel tem escadas com degraus altos que tive de subir com 04 malas pesadas sem auxílio de ninguém. Atendente do checkin antipatica, carrancuda e grossa. Sem nenhum sorriso no rosto. Café da manhã sofrível. Na saída, na entrega do carro, muita demora. Manobrista largou o carro debaixo do portão de elevação. Quando pedi pra ele chegar mais pra frente ele simplesmente disse que não dava e virou as costa e foi embora. No geral, horroroso.
