Great location, comfortable bed and modern interior. Right next to Arndale shopping centre and a tram stop. Apartment is up 3 flights of steep stairs. A lot of noise from street and hallway. Security locks are very basic and minimal.

Not for those with mobility issues as at the top of the building in the attick. Only jas a skylight and windiws in Kitchen with a peephole in the bedroom. Left me wondering where the fire escape was if there eas a fire. Very clean. Immaculate nice simple decor. My son slept on sofa as no instructions on how to turn it into a sofa bed and no bed clothes or cover to use on it. Temperature control. Shower very fiddly to heat up and very poor water pressure. No rug in bathroom and double ro very compact with a small wardrobe and a handy dresser. Had coffee machine no pods, last guest left chicken and milk in fridge, there for one night and sleep was not peaceful as location is very noisy all night.

Lovely place, would highly recommend. But I think before it's next rented out the water pressure in the shower needs to be sorted as tried to have a shower and wasnt able to properly rinse body wash and shampoo off and water was spraying in all directions. Other than that the property was perfect

We loved our stay in this apartment and would stay again, however there was a strong smell of marijuana. We are unsure whether this was lingering from the previous renter, or from another apartment, but the smell didn't ease throughout our stay. If the smell wasn't there, this would have been a 5 star stay, and we completely appreciate this is likely not the fault of the owners, but felt we had to mention it all the same.
