We had a very nice stay in this brand new hotel that is very close to Canada's Wonderland. Room was spacious,nice big bathroom,comfortable bed, kitchen with fridge,microwave,hib,well equipped. There was also swimming pool which we did not get a chance to try though. Walmart and fast food chains within 10 minutes walking distance.We will definitely stay here again when we return

Hotel was 1 week old and you could tell it was a rush to open. Back door was propped open because card scanner was not working, meaning any person could walk in without a card. Air conditioning unit for our double queen room was not adequate to keep it cold. We set it for 64 F and it never got below 69. We were given a fan to help blow the “cold” around. It was the best they could do. When we arrived, there was no soap in the bathroom. The remote wouldn’t connect to Netflix and a new one had to be ordered from the front desk Breakfast was subpar for a Marriott. They ran out of muffins at 8:30am. The one positive was the staff. They were helpful to the best of their abilities. We were charged for a pet when we did not have one. Maybe they thought our daughter was one? Good thing I checked my emailed bill or else I would have been charged the extra. The manager gave us a $50 credit for the pot air conditioning.

客房環境很乾淨，因此飯店剛開幕三週，所以有許多東西在修整,房內的東西都很貼心柸子晚盤，清潔劑都有，連開瓶器都有，服務人員大多都非常的nice,服務周到，餐廳餐點都打五折，只是昨天晚上有一位印度員工態度惡劣,感覺是看不起人，因為馬桶無法沖水，打櫃檯無法接通，只好下樓告知櫃檯人員，他說會處理，我告知打櫃台的按鈕，不能用，他用很兇的口氣說，你不知道要按0嗎？我說電話上的說明有寫，我是看不懂嗎？我說說明上沒有，他一副你英文不好，看不懂，真的很氣人，萬豪酒店請他這種員工真是拉低檔次，到底是誰英文不好？下次去了萬豪遇了這個人一定要投訴他的主管。以免影響的住宿的情緒。
