The hotel is in the process of being rebuilt so the amenities and room furnishings are sparse but this is reflected in the price of the room. Never the less the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

There was no staff to help us check in at 7 pm and we had to search/find our room by ourselves (the key was in the door). The complete motel was a building site. Our room was okay, but smelled a bit strange because of the renovation. We liked the game-room with kicker and billard. There was also no staff at our check out.

My wife tried to take a bath in the evening, only to find that there was no hot water, which is quite surprising and unacceptable for a functioning hotel. The room itself was extremely bare: no chairs, no TV, and virtually no amenities whatsoever. That said, the location itself is beautiful.

The hotel has a lovely outdoor area at the back with beautiful views,a firepit and BBQs available, which has great potential. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it hadn't been cleaned. There were empty cans on the ground and tables, and the ashtray was full, which took away from the experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom sink was extremely small and not very practical. The games room is still very much a work in progress, but we still enjoyed playing foosball and pool. Overall, with a bit more attention to the outdoor area and continued improvements to the games room, this could be an even better place to stay.

The hotel's renovations aren't quite finished yet, but the rooms are new, and the host is very welcoming. Aside from a small shop by a gas station like 10-minute drive away, there is nowhere nearby to buy food. If you just want a hot shower and a good night's sleep, this is a great choice. There is a uncompleted kitchen with microwave and oven. And they have a super hug backyard for BBQ.

This was a very reasonably priced one night stay. The photographs of the motel described the rooms accurately. We knew we were booking something pretty basic and that's what we got. The good points were comfortable beds super clean rooms. Bathrooms were clean and functional and included toiletries. Towels, refresh and looked almost new. You can tell they're working on upgrading the entire building. You can see the modernization touches in the rooms, and the rest of the building is functional, but not modernized. My only complaint was there were no curtains on the bedroom window, and because of no curtains, the outdoor security lights shined in the bedroom and made it difficult to sleep. I did write this down on their feedback form. If they get curtains on the windows, I would definitely stay there again.
