The place is nice however some of the staff on reception very unfriendly and asking a lot of personal questions. Then the room was dirty and no one came to clean even qhen asked and then just stopped answering me, expedia support so we had to go to the lobby staff until someone came and the very last day, meanwhile partner had to take allergy pills due to the dust in the room

El lugar tiene una ubicación por demás céntrica, justo sobre la calle peatonal Morelos y a 3 cuadras de la Macroplaza. La habitación es moderna y muy agradable, tiene una vista espectacular hacia la ciudad y cuenta con amenidades adicionales como sala de juegos, espacio para asar carne o una especie de bar para recibir amigos.

Nido opera dentro del edificio Nomad Downtown, lo que, en nuestra experiencia, limitó la capacidad del personal de recepción para resolver problemas. La llegada fue buena: la habitación 901 estaba perfectamente climatizada, algo muy apreciable dado el calor de Monterrey. Sin embargo, alrededor de las 10:00 p. m., el aire acondicionado dejó de enfriar y comenzó a expulsar aire caliente. Recepción no pudo resolver el problema y, tras contactar al anfitrión por WhatsApp, nos cambiaron a la habitación 905 cerca de la 1:00 a. m. solo para pasar la noche, ya que tenía el cancel del baño roto. Lamentablemente, esa habitación tampoco enfriaba; el equipo solo ventilaba y no fue sino hasta casi el amanecer cuando comenzó a funcionar correctamente. Al día siguiente, el personal técnico aseguró que el aire de la habitación 901 estaba en perfectas condiciones. Sin embargo, un equipo que funciona correctamente no cambia de frío a calefacción de manera repentina. La segunda noche dormimos sin problemas, pero la tercera y última volvió a presentarse exactamente la misma falla: despertamos con la habitación en modo calefacción, en pleno mes de julio en Monterrey. Es una pena, porque las instalaciones, la ubicación y la primera impresión del hospedaje son buenas. Sin embargo, un problema tan crítico como la climatización, la falta de una solución y que la única respuesta al hacer el check-out fuera una disculpa hicieron que la experiencia quedara muy por debajo de lo esperado.

Es una propiedad fiel a su descripción en linea. El personal es muy amable y fue muy facil hacer el check in como el check out. Esta en un lugar muy bien establecido, con tiendas cerca y lugares famosos. Al igual que si tomas un transporte público para llegar a otro lugar esta muy bien. Lo único que recomendaría sería limpiarla un poco mejor, ya que en la habitación había polvo y peluzas en las esquinas.
