Really nice hotel, it was very clean and the room was surprisingly large, the King size bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also a quiet and safe area next to Costco and there were lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Overall our stay was outstanding! The front desk person did not greet us and wasn’t terribly friendly. I was surprised there was no shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. The suite was enormous! It was very quiet and had incredibly comfortable beds. The room and common areas were all very clean. We would definitely stay with you again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Liv Suites in Tucson. Everything was good from the moment I got there. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a really nice feel to it. I’ve stayed at a lot of different places, and sometimes you walk in and immediately know you made the right choice that was my experience here. The staff was friendly, everything was easy, and I had no issues during my stay. I was comfortable, got some good rest, and honestly couldn’t ask for much more. I’d definitely stay at Liv Suites again the next time I’m in Tucson.

This place is brand new so I don’t know how well they will maintain it in the future. For now it’s a perfect place to stay as far as location, costs, safety, cleanliness and comfort. It’s in the midst of a shopping center with plenty of shops and restaurants! Costco’s across from it too. We really liked that it’s very easy and quick to get to from I-10. The staff was nice but doesn’t seem to be well trained. They overcharged my stay, gave me an runaround and I had to call several times to get my refund.

Brand new hotel! I think the staff said they’ve only been open for about 5 weeks or so. I could still smell the fresh paint! Having the extra amenities, like a kitchenette, was really nice. The staff was very friendly too. Since this place is very reasonably priced, I just hope they don’t attract the wrong crowd and that they keep it nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely come back!!

My room was big and spacious and had a brand new smell, which is very nice. Bed was comfortable and the AC was ice cold. The water pressure in the shower was the only thing that was an issue but I guess that's expected on the fourth floor. I will definitely be staying here more often.

Pros: New hotel with shopping/restaurant options nearby. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Cons: for a place that’s more of a long term multiple-night stay hotel, a comfortable place to sit like a small sofa would be nice. There is only 1 smaller vinyl chair and 2 bar stools to sit on. There’s a 2-burner cook top but no pots/pans or cooking utensils. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 spoons, 2 knives, 2 glasses and 1 fork wet, with bits of food on them in the dishwasher. The bathroom had 1 bar of soap and 1 bottle of shampoo (no lotion, no conditioner, no hair dryer.) The WORST part of our stay was hearing the BEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEEP of semi trucks constantly backing into the Costco right across the parking lot all night long…..! If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you!

I arrived very late in night after spending time in Tucson. I was greeted with the normal are you checking in. Yep. Sorry we have no rooms for you. You don't have staff to clean the room. How? Never will stay at any location they notified me at 11 that we are set. She said the booking company didn't have rights to book with us, what?

When we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have a room for us because they're housekeeping had just left and they didn't have any clean rooms. I was very disappointed since I had been driving from a 6.5 hour trip. I then had to hunt for another property. It would have been nice if they didn't take my money then wait for me to get there to give me the bad news.
