The room with 2 bedrooms apartments is not too big, but the cooking amenities is good to use. The hotel location is a little bit worse due to the road construction, no wonder how long will it take. And the hotel didn’t told us before we check in, that we should find the way to arrived. Check in process is also not really necessary.

Great location, great hotel. The room we had was not cleaned properly. Someone had cooked with oil and the floor was all sticky and gross. After letting management know, they said it would be cleaned. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned. So cleanliness was not good at all. Great breakfast, lots of options. The restaurant says it closes at 11pm and we went at 9:50pm and they said the kitchen was closed and no food could be ordered. So maybe the restaurant has updated hours or knowing when the kitchen closes. Front desk staff were so incredible. Helpful, kind, genuine. Good hotel overall.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. The multi bedroom apartment was perfect for our family trip. Every staff member we met was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant was nice as well, with friendly staff, good food an an inviting atmosphere The train station across the street was easy to navigate and super convenient It was a pleasant discovery to find a full service grocery store with an excellent bakery across the street. Definitely our go to place in Amsterdam!

I was satisfied with the hotel itself, as it was reasonably priced and in good condition. However, regarding check-in, I had booked to check in a day early to accommodate my early arrival time and had included my flight schedule in the reservation notes. I also explained the situation when I called to reconfirm, and I was assured that the reservation was properly set up. However, upon arriving at the hotel to check in, I discovered that all three room reservations had been cancelled. After waiting an hour at the front desk, the staff finally assisted with the check-in process, but the English names for all three guests had been recorded incorrectly. All four staff members were complete amateurs—so much so that I suspected they were part-timers rather than full-time hotel employees. The check-in process was a disaster, and I was thoroughly disappointed with that aspect. Wasting a guest's valuable time like that is certainly grounds for a complaint. However, the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms were definite pluses. I can't guarantee I'll book this hotel again; the check-in experience was so inconvenient that it’s something I’d have to seriously reconsider.

The reception staff were just amazing and so helpful. We were given an upgrade when our TV didn’t work. Unfortunately there are major roadworks outside of the hotel so getting anywhere is difficult and tedious. The major let down was the cheap and tacky breakfast. Highly processed bread, cheap granola, scrambled eggs made from a mixture in a big box, fresh fruit that tasted months old. Cold food that should have been hot. Definitely the worst breakfast on our 6 week trip. The surrounding area outside the hotel looks unkempt and uncared for. Positives were good staff, good room, good supermarket nearby and walking distance to a major train station but you do feel like you are out in the sticks.
