Staff great. Relocated to accommodate preference against lifts. Spacious apartment with good AC during heatwave. Only issue was that the TVs provided were not tuned into local channels and we couldn't cast devices to use (just kept saying WiFi not avail). As a result they were a bit pointless. Good location within easy walking distance to sights across the city. Accommodation was small and fairly basic, but very clean. Situated on busy road which was noisy with sirens and traffic.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, however room was not clean, dishwasher was disgusting, centrally controlled air circulation was set to heat which meant room was extremely hot and only way to cool down was to open the windows to a very noisy street with traffic and ambulances running all night. Excellent accommodation, would highly recommend. Staff very friendly and speak multiple languages. Our room was small but typical for Europe. It still slept 4 in separate rooms, plus kitchen. Everything super clean. Lobby has coffee/tea/water machine plus breakfast (if you pay extra). 3 minute walk to supermarket, 5 to shops, 20 to cathedral. Would stay again.

Great hotel!

This was a very well situated hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is very comfy and the staff were all keen to make sure we had a good time. The free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Staying in an apartment/hotel meant we could have three of us in the same place much more conveniently than if we were in two different hotel rooms.

Good location, only a 13 min walk to the Markt and touristy areas. Room included a kitchen with appliances and fridge. Hotel does not have AC, only heating - which was easily fixed by opening the windows to let the room cool down. Just felt a bit muggy overnight when we had the windows closed. Nice flooring in the rooms (no carpet yay!). Staff held our luggage free of charge after checkout. Free coffee and tea and water 24/7.
