O quarto e o banheiro estavam bastante limpos e com tamanhos grandes! O café da manhã é excelente, muita variedade de comida e tudo com excelente qualidade. A localização do hotel também é muito boa, fica próximo para ir de Uber a pontos turísticos (a pé acho que já fica um pouco longe, apesar de ser tranquilo andar pela região). Entretanto, logo que chegamos, tinha mais de cinco funcionários na recepção, porém só tinha duas fazendo reservas, o que nos fez esperar 15 a 20min. Os outros pareciam que estavam tirando nota, porém era horário de check-in de uma sexta - feira, acho que podia ter esse horário separado apenas para reservas e check-in dos hóspedes. O ramal da recepção também não estava funcionando, ligamos e não atendiam. O cobertor do quarto oferecido para o frio, estava com cheiro de guardado, como se não estivesse limpo e a localização do ar condicionado não era favorável.

Quarto com iluminação precária, camas que afundavam, lencol pequeno que se soltava da cama, chuveiro difícil de regular temperatura, só deram 1 mísero e pequeno sabonete em barra - tinha de usar sabonete líquido que também era xampu e condicionador. Nao tinha secador no quarto, tem de pedir na recepção e devolver lá também assim como o abajour que pedimos pq o quarto era muito escuro. A TV nao pegava nem um canal, mesmo sendo TV aberta. Os cobertores cheiravam forte, o que desencadeou uma alergia alérgica no meu filho. Nao tem sequer um bebedouro no hotel.

Quarto com espelho do banheiro que quase não dava pra se enxergar de tanta mancha. Ar condicionado com a pá ao contrário. Não tinha como posiciona - la de forma que o ar não viesse na cama. Dava se se escutar toda conversa das camareiras no corredor pela manhã.
