Todas a parte estrutural e as acomodações são novinhas. Tudo muito organizado e limpo. Os funcionários são muito solícitos. Foi possível fazer tudo a pé (eu não me importo em andar), pois nada é tão longe. O hotel fica em frente a rodoviária, o que facilitou demais a chegada e a saída. Recomendo a hospedagem e espero retornar em breve.

O atendimento via telefone e WhatsApp deixou a desejar. Tivemos dificuldade em conseguir contato, pois as ligações não eram atendidas e as mensagens não recebiam retorno. O atendimento da gerente também não foi tão cordial quanto esperávamos. Em contrapartida, a outra recepcionista foi bastante educada e prestativa. O café da manhã estava desorganizado, com falta de xícaras, pratos e até mesmo mesas disponíveis no momento em que chegamos. Quando algumas mesas foram liberadas, ainda estavam desarrumadas. A impressão é de que há falta de funcionários, o que acaba refletindo na organização do serviço. Por outro lado, o hotel é novo, possui uma ótima estrutura e muito potencial. Com alguns ajustes no atendimento e na organização, certamente poderá proporcionar uma experiência excelente aos hóspedes.
