This is an excellent hotel. The location is fabulous, super close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, bed big and extremely comfortable and location is quiet although close to everything. Breakfast is great, good choice and quality. Staff very polite and helpful. Offside parking just a short walk, perfect to stretch yourself and dog. The executive double has a bath, great, the lovely Rituals aren't as accessible but easy to work around. The coffee machine in reception is nice, be careful, cups are machine size and when full to brim need two cups to hold, and unlike me, don't take a sip to try and reduce volume unless you are prepared for burnt mouth. Overall highly recommended this hotel.

We’ve stayed a few times at the Dux and always had a good stay. This time the staff went above and beyond to look after us and we enjoyed a personalised card plus bottle of Prosecco to welcome us back. The outside of the holiday looked amazing with the festive decoration.

Quite wide and very clean room. Breakfast is good. Only one minor problem is that parking lot is small.

Hotel was spotless and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately during our stay, there was an unpleasant smell eminating from the downstairs toilets. Apart from that, we wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. Other than that, we wouldnt

We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again. Lovely clean ultra modern hotel. Room was very spacious, bathroom area very spacious too. Fridge and a great variety of free drinks included. Excellent location. Close to market square with plenty of restaurants. Close walking distance to Designer Outlet Shopping centre. The few Staff we met were pleasant but not particularly forthcoming or welcoming.
