We planned a quick beach trip and came across this place to literally just sleep! The rooms were brand new and very cozy! Very reasonably priced! Our only issue was the charging plugs by the beds did not work! We will come back to stay here over and over on our trips to Newport!

The hotel looks a little older from the outside but normal for the area as most buildings around are the same. That’s the only comment I would have for improvement. The staff at check in ( Nick ) was fantastic! Very polite and quick with getting our room. The room itself was great! All new and update. Even had little motion sensor light under the bed so you don’t have to walk to the bathroom in the dark in the middle of the night! Very clean and smelled new. Very satisfied with our stay!

8/10 Very good

Beautiful renovated, you can tell it was done recently! While the room was gorgeous and the staff were great, the room wasn't super clean. I found about half a dozen hairs under the covers, and some of the towles were stained. The location felt safe, there was penty of parking, and the updated rooms means I would probably go back. Just know that the cleanness does not match the quality of the room.

6/10 Good

The body wash and shampoo were empty so we had to use your small bar soap. Also the lights under the beds kept going on and off all night. When they did go on they lit up the whole room. Took my wife till 4 in the morning to get to sleep!( We went to bed around 10:30pm) The room was clean , the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked .Rm 109 Mr Savage. 9/10-11/2026
