The hotel and room were very simple and basic, but we expected that, so it wasn't a problem. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice breakfast, though, for a hotel like this. It is on a very busy stopping/fueling place for trucks on the German/Belgian border, so you have to watch out very well for traffic.

Awful place, it’s a stop by for truck drivers Rooms are dirty and linen had hairs everywhere There was a strong smell of cigarette and curtains had cigarette holes. My family only stayed for a night and we woke up with gnat bits and dust triggered my cousin’s hayfever. Not much option for breakfast and coffee machine was broken, cereal containers appears to have been there for months or years. Wouldn’t recommend this place and will never stay there again.

2nd visit in 8 months, no improvement

One particular staff was rude early morning. He was agitated when i asked for help. Very limited breakfast option, run out if slice bread, orange juice. Even bread, we had to inform staff, that run out. Room was cold, heating didnt work.

Was perfect for us to stop by the motorway, however the receptionist was really helpful in the evening but Kevin in the morning really unhelpful. I was queuing up for asking a question regarding to see something in Aachen but he didn’t even acknowledged me. He was simply rude to us! Disappointed in his attitude

1. Tag Anreise sehr freundlicher Empfang! Frühs sehr unfreundlich und gereizt, wegen heißen Wasser. Da wir leider kein belgisch konnten sprich lesen an Maschine siehe Bild . Abreise Empfang kein Ton rausbekommen geht gar nicht!!!!! Sonst soweit in Ordnung. Besteck rostig darf auch nicht sein.

Ok hotel med morgenmad

Det er et okay hotel til prisen og for et enkelt stop. Det var dejligt at morgenmad, som var fin, var inkluderet i prisen. Hotellet ligger helt op ad motorvejen, så der er susen fra trafikken på den ene side. Vi bad om at blive flyttet til lastbilssiden, hvor der var roligt, indtil lastbilerne startede om morgenen. Det var en gevinst for os, så tak for det. Vi vil bruge det igen, hvis vi skal den vej.
