Check in information was provided but code did not allow early entry to check in bags. Luckily a staff member did come downstairs and assist me with storing bags until the room would be ready. Once room was ready all codes worked and the room was nicely laid out and quite spacious. The only negative I can report was communication. I was unable to reenter the property 1/2 hour after checking out to get a phone charger I left plugged in. No staff was physically on duty and going through the phone service offsite was frustrating. I was told I could store bags all day and use the same code to get my bags before my flight but when I called 1/2 hour after I checked out I was told no staff was there and a message would be left in regards to finding my left item. I called several times that day and no one would be able to check the room but once housekeeping went in someone would let me know. Well as expected the housekeeping staff could not "find" my phone charger. I have not left items at many places but only 1 other time has an item not been recovered. This is directly related to the people hired in housekeeping and this property kept stating that no reentry for the safety and privacy of other residents - if I had chosen to leave my bags on check out day I now feel that would have been a difficult situation and either I would not have been able to get my bags or I would have been late for my flight. I travel frequently and will avoid Kasa properties due to communication
