I recently stayed at the Delta Marriott in Antalya. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The beach area was beautiful and well-maintained, with a lifeguard always nearby. My room was comfortable, and the bed was excellent; however, I did notice dust in certain areas, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The spa was a highlight, with a wonderful Turkish hammam and outstanding massages from Mina and Sindy – both highly skilled and professional.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere was disrupted by a group of male guests in the room next to ours. They were drunk, loud, and brought in unauthorized women. Several men were with one woman, and we could hear distressing screams late at night. When I called the reception, security removed the woman but took no action against the group’s behavior. Staff admitted they had been disturbing other guests all week, yet justified inaction because “they are guests.”
As a woman, I expressed that I felt unsafe, but the only response was that the men would be leaving soon. We were not offered a room change, which was disappointing for this property. I have stayed at many high-standard, elegant hotels, but this experience made me question the hotel’s commitment to guest safety. If you are looking for a refined and secure environment, this is not the place – unless you are seeking a more chaotic, “trash” atmosphere.
