We were very surprised being an old building they have renovated it well, clean and fresh, rooms very comfortable ideal location. Stayed for 1 night. Room is very reasonably priced and is as advertised online. It was spotless and bed was really comfy. Would definitely stay again in the future. Close to the pleasure beach and only a 15 min walk to the central. The bloke on the reception (didn’t catch his name) was very helpful and very polite. Theres a pool table downstairs too.

From booking staff were accommodating, responding to queries promptly. Check in was great, arrived a little before check in time and was told our room was ready. Shown to our room to make sure we had plenty space to fit in our travel cot etc. The room was a great size, was clean with fresh bedding and towels. Fridge was also provided for us to use to keep our little ones milk in. Had several nice conversations with staff. Ideal location for your Blackpool visit.

Its family friendly and across from the beach, theres plenty of shops around for the last minute items you may of forgotten. Very quiet which was so good for us having 2 little ones. Absolutely loved our stay at the 399 Prom Hotel ❤️ Such amazing value for money, everything feels fresh and new, the bedding was incredible and the whole place was spotlessly clean. I honestly can’t believe how affordable it is for what you get! We had a lovely view of the beach, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and even though we arrived really late, they were able to accommodate a late check-in with no problem. We also managed to park right outside, which was such a bonus! Really happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Brilliant Accommodation, this place has the perfect balance of value for money and quality of the accommodation. It is fresh and clean, with modern, smart decor. Lovely comfy beds and plump pillows, The bathroom was lovely and clean, again with a simple modern look, the only criticism I could say would be that the room I had could of benefitted from a new shower head and also the bracket wouldn't hold the head in position for long before it would drop down. The manager Dave is a credit to the hospitality industry, he is friendly and approachable, and has worked hard to turn this hotel around, and is still hard at it making constant improvements.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Blackpool! 🌊❤️ The location is fantastic, and we were lucky enough to have a sea view room, which was a real bonus. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with lovely comfy beds. A special mention to the gentleman on reception, who was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return again on our next trip to Blackpool! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A genuinely enjoyable stay at 399 Prom Hotel, Blackpool From the moment we arrived, 399 Prom Hotel made a very good impression. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to everything Blackpool has to offer, while still having a comfortable place to return to after a busy day. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What stood out most, however, was the atmosphere. There was a welcoming and relaxed feeling throughout the hotel, and the staff was friendly, approachable and helpful. Sometimes a hotel is simply a place to sleep. 399 Prom felt more like a proper part of the trip. The combination of its location with the ocean view, comfort and hospitality made the stay easy and enjoyable. We left feeling that we had made a good choice and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Blackpool. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and well located place to stay in Blackpool

We stayed here for a last minute trip away for a few nights. We were not disappointed. The location was perfect for us as we were travelling by train (10 mins walk from Blackpool South) and the activities we had planned were all just 10 - 15 walk away so ideal. There's also plenty of places to eat/drink near by. We mostly ate at the Velvet Coaster (Wetherspoons just along the road) as we loved the view from the balcony there. Price was amazing, very reasonable! We have stayed in a few Blackpool hotels and this one is by far the nicest. It's modern, freshly decorated and exceptionally clean. My son also liked the fact that we could get Disney/Netflix on the TV at night 😂 The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding/pillows/towels were all immaculately white. I honestly couldn't fault this place at all. I was very surprised at how quiet it was at night especially with the hotel being right on the promenade. I also never heard a single noise from any other guests staying in the hotel. Had the best sleep I've had in ages! Only issue we had (not even an issue) was we were very lucky to be staying here when it was 28⁰ outside. This meant the room was roasting and the small window never really opened far but the weather is obviously out of the owners control so as I said not an issue. A fan would maybe be a good addition though for the future....for that 3 day summer the UK sometimes get 😂 We will definitely be back, and I've also recommended the hotel to family and friends!

The hotel was nice and clean throughout and the room was spotless with great amenities (Kettle, TV, En suite, towels etc.) the beds were really nice and comfy and me and my party had a great peaceful sleep despite it being right on the front and close to everything, we couldn’t hear anything. Parking was free and easy right outside the front doors. The manager was a really nice guy, couldn’t do enough for you and always had a smile. Will definitively be back, can’t rate the place enough!
