I booked this room based on the positive reviews. My stay was not anything like what others apparently experienced. I understand that this is a lower priced room, so not expecting anything extravagant, but this place was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Starting with check in… I was asked to pay a $100 pet deposit - which would have been fine, but was not disclosed anywhere at the time of my non-refundable booking. My room was not clean - the walls and doors were dirty, there was a bit of graffiti on the bathroom door, the bathroom floor was not swept (hair in every corner of the floor), toilet seat had a huge crack in it. The mini fridge and microwave both looked like they were bought at a garage sale - beat up and dirty. The Kleenex dispenser was empty and there was not even a disposable cup to use when brushing your teeth. On the outside, there were bags of trash on the walkways, trash and beer bottles in the alcove of the walkway to my room, and broken glass all over the stairway landing. I mentioned the glass to the front desk clerk and he responded by saying “yeah, I know”, but nothing about having it cleaned up. I would not recommend a stay here.
