Brilliant breakfast options with stunning views. The room was very pleasant and clean, though my door lock was a bit tricky at times to close properly once inside the room. The wifi coverage could be a bit choppy at times, but nothing insurmountable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent! A lot of great variety to choose from, and staff was really nice !! Internet in the room was poor, we had trouble using it as the hotspot was not strong enough. I think it would also be nice to precise that the Hotel is in the mountain as there might be people who cannot walk or that might have trouble to get to the hotel by walking.

L'hôtel gagnerait à se moderniser. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour les personnes âgées ou qui ne sont pas véhiculées. Il.faut emprunter une route et une montée vous attend. Das Hotel ist ok, schöner Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Sarajevo. Frühstück war echt gut und Parkplatz super. Allerdings fand ich eins sehr befremdlich, dass unsere Dokumente (Personalausweise) an der Rezeption eingezogen wurden und wir diese erst einen Tag später abholen sollten. Es lagen auch andere Ausweise in der Rezeption für jeden Griffbereit herum. Wir haben auf die Rückgabe unserer Dokumente sehr deutlich bestehen müssen, was nur schleppend nachgekommen wurde. Sonst war alles ok

Rommene var rene og fine. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var helt ok. Frokosten på hotellet var god og variasjonen på brød og pålegg var bra. Det var hyggelige ansatte som jobbet i restauranten. De var hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Jeg betalte ekstra for å få utsikt mot hagen å slippe å se en bakgård eller annen bygning. Det var bortkastede penger da det ikke fantes hage på hotellet. Fikk utsikt til det jeg kaller en bakgård. Alt i alt var det et fint opphold.
