Our stay was Absolutely Amazing, the room was very clean (No Carpet). Location was very quiet. The manager (Owner) was very nice, ran into him several times on the property & wanted to make sure everything was ok and much it was. I would highly recommend.

In this day & age when everyone's so busy, it was a nice touch to receive a welcome message after booking. For this being an older property, they've updated their door locks with a digital lock so no actual lobby check-in was needed. The room was a nice size and the bed, nice & comfy. My only regret is not researching Eureka Springs better as I would've stayed another day/night.

This was a last minute booking for us. We were so glad we chose Trailhead Lodge. Booking was easy, check in was completely digital and door locks are coded so no keys to keep up with. The location was convenient and scenic. The room was clean, amenities were on point, and the Keurig was a great addition. Highly recommend you book your stay with Trailhead Lodge!

The room was clean and recently renovated. Everything offered worked well. There isn't any vending or anything like that so bring snacks.. I visited in mid September and in the 18 hours I was there I never saw a staff member. The office was locked with a note on the door saying to dial the number for assistance. The gentalman gave me a door code and were on our own. But it was quiet and peaceful.

Nice place. Good price. Easy to find, enjoyed my stay. One suggestion needs coffee sticks to mix sugar or creamer. Loved having a Keurig coffee pot. I brought my own decaf coffee and creamer but I didn’t have anything to mix my Splenda and creamer with. Otherwise everything was great.

No hot water at all. Tried to call the number listed twice to report it and no answer. No ice machine. The room was clean enough but the traffic noise outside was pretty loud. I don’t like to leave a bad review but hot water would have been a plus in their favor.
