Food is pretty bad. The pool is nice and there are nice balconies in the rooms. The facility is a bit dated and things are pretty banged up. Its not 5 minutes to the beach more like 20-25 up a sognificant hill.

Needs a lot of improvements

The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the pools are icy cold and unusable by kids and adults. The food is average, but interestingly, the all-inclusive deal does not include drinks at lunchtime or dinner. Not even water or soft drinks. Breakfast includes juices and water. The WiFi internet is abysmal, with a lot of drop-offs. Rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but visitors do smoke on a balcony, so the balcony door needs to be shut to avoid smoke coming inside your room.

Hotel ligt niet zo dicht bij het strand als het lijkt; een shuttle is wel beschikbaar, maar daarmee duurt het ongeveer tien minuten. Omdat het hotel bovenaan een steile helling ligt, is het makkelijker naar de kust te lopen dan terug. Zwembaden bij het hotel zijn redelijk, maar de omgeving kan schoner en rokende gasten worden niet gecorrigeerd. Ontbijt is goed. Er zijn weinig vegan-friendly of lactosevrije opties; wel meer glutenvrije keuzes. Helaas wordt niet vermeld dat sommige opties (fitnessruimte, spa) extra geld kosten. Parkeren rond het hotel is onmogelijk; de parkeergarage kost 14 euro en niet 12. Kamers zijn prettig met veel ruimte om je spullen op te bergen; ze zijn niet erg goed geïsoleerd tegen geluid van buiten. Wij werden in de buurt van de vuilniscontainers geplaatst en die konden we ‘s nachts geleegd horen worden. Dit hotel is prima geschikt voor families die een drukke sfeer en veel rumoer fijn vinden - er zijn veel activiteiten en gasten zijn actief; niet geschikt als je ook rust wilt.

Grundsätzlich Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.Es ist ein Hotel für überwiegend Spanier,sehr trubelig.Leider sehr stressige Essenssituation,sehr laute Kantine-Bratgeruch hängt in Kleidung und Haar.Personal sehr flink,aber im Grunde Gefühl der Massenabfertigung.Kann man mit leben,aber das ist eine sehr persönliche Sache,was man erwartet.Sehr kinderfreundlich und Speiseangebot akzeptapel.Frühstück besser als Abendessen.Cafe mäßig,Teeangebot nicht auffindbar.Bei früher Abreise keine Lunchbox möglich,auch nicht bei später Anreise.Zimmer großzügig,sauber und gepflegt.Schöner Balkon.Zimmer zum Pool hin mit dauerhafter Geräuschkulisse,nachts hört man das Wasserrauschen vom Pool.Anlage gut gepflegt,tolle Poolanlage. Spa und Spamitarbeiterin prima.Ansonsten kaum Englischkenntnisse…ausschließlich Spanisch.Hier ist Initiative gefragt.Liegt auf Anhöhe,kein Shuttle wie beschrieben.Steile Wege ,nicht geeignet für gehbeeinträchtigte Menschen und Kinderwagen.Wunderschöne Aussicht.Wer nicht mobil ist,unbedingt Verpflegung mitbuchen.Kein Supermarkt oder Restaurant in der Nähe.Erst in Herradura,nur fussläufig mit Steigungen oder Mietauto erreichbar.Bus fährt gelegentlich.

Espectacular todo , ha sido una estancia de 10 , me ha tocado una habitación con vista increíble , grande y cómoda , bien separada con otra puerta del pasillo para mayor silencio . La cama enorme y cómoda , el baño con bañera con todo lo que necesitas y más. Mucha amabilidad de parte de los trabajadores, las instalaciones son además divertidas. Lo unico que si llegas caminando hay que subir una cuesta bastante larga y no hay ningún sitio para comprar comida así que si o si se debería comer en el hotel. De todas formas tienen un buffet muy variado Repetiria sin dudas !
