There was no reception staff, just a phone number, and the man didn’t want to give me the code to collect the keys to the apartment, claiming that there was a water problem. The reservation was never cancelled, and I have not been refunded

Zimmersauberkeit nur Durchschnitt. Tür repariert und Schließblech mit weißem Klebeband verschönert das es nicht auffällt. Der gesamte Schriftverkehr lief nur in Englisch. Im Bad war ein Handtuch für den Boden nach dem Duschen bereitgelegt. Normale Handtücher fehlten komplett. Email Anfrage hierzu wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet. Ich hatte das Hotel für 2 Wochen später nochmals reserviert, die Reservierung habe ich aber am Tag der Einzelübernachtung direkt storniert. Der Preis für EINE NACHT ist ok, aber der Gesamtzustand ist nicht der beste. Frühstück konnte man auch nicht beziehen.
