Hola!! Cómo llegamos en la noche ya no había quien nos recibiera pero pudimos ingresar porque salían otra huéspedes y ellos nos dijeron cómo, con una contraseña en la puerta piedes abrir una cajita y encontrar la llave para entrar y ya adentro otra cajita para sacar las llaves de la habitación, al día siguiente la Srita de recepción de muy mala cara ya queriendo cobrar de mala manera, y yo tenía prisa por ir a desayunar, entonces fue un problema. No hicieron la limpieza el primer día que nos quedamos y el segundo pues ya nos íbamos, muy grosera la Srita se recepción. Las habitaciones regulares pero de acuerdo al precio. Finalmente íbamos por un evento entonces funciono pero no volvería a ir. Las personas que atienden via telefónica no saben dar indicaciones, les hable para saber dónde quedaba el estacionamiento para dejar mi auto y no me supo decir, así que queda en la misma calle y en el hotel al día siguiente me dieron el pase para el precio especial,!pero via telefónica me dijeron que ya no iba a poder obtener el descuento del hotel lo cual no era cierto. Creo que deben instruir más a su personal tanto de atención via telefónica y de recepción. Las instalaciones son básicas con muebles de baño antiguos y como llovió había goteras por varios lugares de la habitación. Queda en el centro y puedes ir a desayunar a la Paroquia en donde se desayuna muy bien, pero eso lo investigue en internet porque el personal no sabía ni dónde. Los huéspedes fueron quienes me ayudaron.
