The age of this hotel shows. A fresh coat of paint and some minor fixture repairs would go a long way. Helpful staff added a lot to the stay. The free breakfast was OK, not great.

Room was clean One bed cover had a burned cigarette hole in it. Room smelled like mold. Broken AC controls cover. Lobby very dark. Location very far from eberything. Check in was painful. Lost the reservation that we've made a month in advace and pre-paid via Expidia. Tried to charge us again ! Had to put a $ 105.00 deposit for room and key that we think was a scam. Front desk check person not friendly. Location of hotel listed with Expidia is not correct. Actually this hotel is listed in the Google GPS as a Super 8 by Wyndham , Dannbury Hotel. Avoid this hotel.

the inside was very nice and doesn't even feel like a Super 8 experience. There was a pancake maker for breakfast. I didn't have to turn on the heat or air. Everything was very good. Would stay again.

The room was filthy from electrical sockets and fixtures and remote controls being unable to turn on lights or tv or plug in my phone charger due to broken sockets remote and batteries being held up my tape holes in walls as if someone clearly punched through stains on pillows bedding chairs and floors the room was filthy with a poor air filters and smell. There were holes in the walls appeared to be bullet holes nothing was painted properly the drywall was pealing and breaking shower head and bathroom filthy with someone else’s filth in the toilet. The staff was rude and was refusing to give me my key to the room after telling me they saw and confirmed my booking refused to contact a manager when requested took an hour of arguing when I first got in for them to realise they messed up my reservation claiming I never paid and blamed that it was 3rd parties fault they didn’t send over the proper virtual card because I paid directly to hotels.com over all this was the worse experience ever I want a full refund
