The hotel is ok if you just want somewhere cheap to stay for maybe one night. It could definitely be cleaner and more well maintained however they staff were lovely and they let us check in early. It is in a quieter location and is right near Wilton parade tram stop, this is quite handy. Overall it was ok as we were only staying one night.

There were a few issues at check in but they were handled very proffessionally Staff were very helpful and friendly Room was nice very comfortable beds and clean , only negative was the shower tray which needs replacing. I belive the owners are new and im sure still ongoing with repairs etc All in all we had a great stay and would definatley return

The room was really ideal space for 2 and had plenty of storage space and the sea view room was amazing looking out onto the prom. Would definitely stay again with close walks to the town centre, pubs and is a lovely photo place down near the north beach just south of Bispham.

Was really disappointed as this hotel had good reviews, unfortunately the hotel has changed hands and staff had a real problem understanding English,room was very basic and also had only one coffee cup,I was wondering if we had to share a cup, actually put me off Blackpool for life,and no entertainment at hotel as described ,I would stay elsewhere and give this one a miss

Poor booking standards...double booked rooms when we arrived.....party of 4...couldnt underbank a word the man was saying..kept leaving reception....apparently there was a leak....but like i said....double booked...is more liked..

Our room was clean and beds really comfortable. The staff were fine but it was impossible to find any this morning before we left for home. There was no one there. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8.30-9 which I was told you can pay for on the day. As we had a long journey ahead of us I thought we would have breakfast but there was no staff present to make it at all. Also no notices to say breakfast was unavailable so we left at 8.45 to get breakfast before catching train. I feel that there is too much responsibility left to the teenagers who work there although they are pleasant and helpful. Only one night of entertainment also
