Good access by car, reasonable parking and good public transport connections – unfortunately, those were about the only positives. The rooms are worn and in poor condition. In our first room, the carpet was so badly damaged that it was an actual trip hazard, so we had to change rooms. The room facilities were also outdated: there was only one power socket by one bedside table, which made charging phones unnecessarily difficult. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. Room cleaning was only provided after personally requesting it at reception, and even then only the towels were changed. The bed was not made and the pillows were simply left as they were! Service was particularly poor. When we complained about a dirty, sticky water carafe, reception initially told us they were not responsible. Only after insisting did we get a replacement, and the whole interaction was reluctant and unfriendly. Breakfast was the final disappointment. Day one: After a coach group had been through, the buffet was almost empty and was replenished very slowly. Day two: There were only a few bread rolls left from the previous day. Choice and quality were mediocre at best. The service staff were hardly present in the breakfast room and instead spent much of the time outside chatting. Overall, there were simply too many issues with room condition, facilities, cleanliness and service. Good location, but definitely not a hotel we would recommend.

Cant really say when was the last time carpets were cleaned. DiRTY. Breakfast- hard to say. Pretty poor choices. Massive thanks to ladies working by the reception desk. Very nice, very helpful.

Accommodation was clean and well-maintained, staff pleasant and helpful. On both evenings of my stay, the dining area was entirely given over to large school-parties. This meant I had to walk back into town to procure evening meals. Fortunately, the weather was kind on both occasions.

The service here was great but my room smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioner was not working the entire time I was there. I told staff about the broken air conditioner and they said nothing could be done. The bathroom ventilation wasn’t working as well so the stay for three days was a bit smelly, humid and warm.

God beliggenhed tæt på et kæmpe flot indkøbscenter og vandland.Byen er enorm hyggelig, tager omkring 25 min at gå til centrum. Mangler på værelset: kun polske programmer på TV’et , en stikkontakt på hele værelset, ingen toiletbørste og absolut ikke et hotelværelse for ældre eller andre der ikke kan komme op i et højt badekar( for at komme i brusebad) Det værste var morgenmaden, vi var der 3 nætter, spiste der kun den første dag, tog ud i byen de andre og fik morgenmad, uspiselig boller/brød( tørt og kedeligt) kaffen var udrikkelig.
