The children enjoyed the hotel, especially the water slides and pool. The pool was clean, it can get busy but you don’t get sun lounger wars. The beach was within walking distance, with lovely warm, calm water, and there was a supermarket opposite. The daytime bar gets busy, so expect queues. The children’s play area needs improvement too. For such a large hotel, there was only one swing, meaning lots of waiting, particularly for younger children. Breakfast was average, with cooked and continental options, but repetitive. We tried dinner once but found the food disappointing and the meat very chewy, so didn’t return. Our room was reasonably clean, although there were hairs on the bathroom floor on arrival. Customer service was disappointing. Reception offered little welcome when we arrived. My biggest complaint was being refused breakfast on our fifth morning because we didn’t have a paper voucher, despite having used our room number successfully every previous day. This caused unnecessary distress to my neurodivergent daughter, who became upset and initially refused to eat. Reception admitted this shouldn’t have happened and promised to raise it with management, but I never received a response. The following morning, I saw numerous other guests entering simply by giving their room numbers, without being asked for vouchers. As a Black British guest in a predominantly Spanish hotel, this left me feeling singled out and questioning whether we were treated fairly.

The place was lovely , located right in the central location , brilliant connections buses in front of the hotel, beach walk 3 minutes, shops around! Hotel was very clean and housekeeping services were brilliant, room was spotless everyday, Hotel had many slides and my kids loved it! The obnly thing was missing is kettle and coffee in rooms:)

Property is clean but the entertainment area is tiny and not enjoyable with a dangerous stage for mini club. The slides pool water is very deep and the dining is very crowded with broken lift up to the second floor. Couldn’t have stayed more than 3 nights. Close to a nice quiet beach which was nice but there’s better out there

Un séjour familial exceptionnel – un immense merci à Chef Daniel et Caprina ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille et souhaitons tout particulièrement remercier Chef Daniel et Caprina pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Chef Daniel nous a régalés avec une cuisine délicieuse, préparée avec beaucoup de soin et de passion. Au-delà de la qualité des plats, nous avons énormément apprécié sa disponibilité, son attention et sa bienveillance envers toute notre famille. On sent vraiment une personne passionnée par son métier et soucieuse de faire plaisir aux clients. Un immense merci également à Caprina, qui a été absolument adorable avec nous. Toujours souriante, accueillante, attentive et très professionnelle, elle a contribué à rendre nos repas et notre séjour encore plus agréables. Son sens du service et sa gentillesse font vraiment la différence. Ce sont des personnes comme Chef Daniel et Caprina qui transforment un simple séjour à l’hôtel en un très beau souvenir de vacances en famille. Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et beaucoup de gratitude. Merci à tous les deux pour votre accueil, votre générosité et toutes vos attentions. Vous méritez largement 5 étoiles ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
