the property looks to be still somewhat under construction. One one side it overlooks a massive building site so the curtains have to be kept closed at all times. There are no bedside tables or bedside lamps, only a massive bright lighting embedded in the ceiling. Also we could not figure out how to turn off the colored light inside the shower. The property is tricky to access (4 doors to access the room), the AC is very good and the room was very clean (new really). The location will be great but at this time the construction surrounding the property is really overwhelming. I would suggest that rooms should be rented with a discount until the area is up and running and fully built. There is no front desk on site so no luggage can be left after check out with a concierge.

Can't say anything bad about the room, as it was brand new, freshly built and painted. The bathroom, was perfect, as was the bed and balcony. It wasn't exaclty an sea view like it says, but it didn't matter anyway. The entire area around this place is under construction and even though the windows and doors are incredibly soundproof, weekdays are noisy with consturction. Again, nothing bad about the hotel and room, but the beach across the street is as filthy as any beach I've ever seen in my life. There are thousands of people there with umbrellas and chairs as far as the eye can see in all directions. The best part about the beach is the restaurant there is by far the best one in the area and a two minute walk from the room. This area will be great in a couple of years, but right now it's a work in progress.
