Water pressure was weak, but functional. No wifi in my specific room. But AC was strong and cooled the humid room quickly. However the AC does leak, so prepare do not put your luggage under it. People seemed friendly! I'm unsure exactly who the host was, but everyone was extra nice and kept to themselves.

El baño con escudado es muy pequeño y no funcionaba el ventilador por lo que es imposible que se ventile y apesta. El baño con regadera solo tiene una ventanita que no se puede abrir asi que no se ventila y por lo mismo hay MOHO en el techo que se nota que no limpian. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular. Además al llegar al hotel ya después de la hora del check in todavía no me enviaban la clave de acceso a la habitación y tuve que llamar a varios números para poder entrar a la habitación. El estacionamiento es algo inconveniente ya que se pueden estacionar enfrente de ti y si no está disponible la persona no puedes sacar el carro aunque no tuve ese problema. Lo Único bueno es la ubicación para caminar por la zona de Chapultepec en la noche y la cama estaba cómoda y limpia.

El personal amable , pero es más como un Air b&b ya que no tienden las camas ni había nadie en recepción. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño si estaba sucio a demás de tener una gotera. Sin embargo al comunicarlo me enviaron a una persona a limpiar la habitación nuevamente.

La verdad es muy cómoda y en una muy buena ubicación, la cama es muy comodoa y si regresaria. El unico aspecto negativo que jace falta mejorar la limpieza ya que lamentablemente si nos encontramos con cucarachas, pero aparte de eso todo esta muy bien
