I love this place. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. Instructions were clear and easy to get into. The hotel was a close walk to everything downtown and the rooms were soundproof so I didn't have any issues with noise. Rooms were modern and clean and had everything you possibly need.

The room I stayed in was OK and I have no complaints. It had a great view and was clean and well maintained. The part that it was a little bit weird to me was that the property was not at the address on Hotels.com. The actual address was emailed to me the day before I checked in. The address that I was given was a couple blocks off and was not in a particularly great part of town. The room itself was great. The experience getting to it was a little odd, but the company was very responsive. During a busy time in Toronto, it was affordable and clean.

The condo unit was clean and relatively spacious. The bedrooms were quite small with very little room to store anything, such as a suitcase and clothing. The vertical blind covering the sliding glass door leading to the balcony was missing many slats thus there was too much excessive light coming into the condo after dark. The small balcony did not have a table or any chairs.

The location of our unit in downtown Toronto couldn't be more convenient. We were right in the middle of hustle and bustle of the city. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to visit in downtown Toronto. There were also several public transportation options nearby and several restaurants to choose from. That being said, if hearing the sounds of the city (i.e. sirens, cars honking) will bother you, then you might want to reconsider staying here. For us, the sounds of the city were part of the experience. I was a bit worried about getting the keys to the unit and finding the parking we paid for but it all worked out smoothly. A couple of days before we checked in we were emailed step by step directions with pictures for both how to check in and how to park our vehicle. We sent a text when we were 30 minutes away and when we showed up in the lobby, a staff member greeted us within 5 minutes of our arrival (we did arrive a few minutes early). We would definitely stay here again and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Where do I start? This is not a hotel, which I knew. However, despite providing ample notice (multiple times) to the staff, I was made to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes with all my belongings and received no communication for the first 15 minutes (despite the hosts being VERY responsive the first two times I communicated my arrival time). No sorry. No thank you for waiting. Just nothing. Not a good start. Then, the unit looked nothing like the images; it was small and cramped. The sliding doors to separate the bedroom from the living room were stuck open. The neighbours were quite loud. While the place had air conditioning (essential in Toronto in the summer months), the vent blew straight downwards onto the bed from above with no way to divert it. No matter what temperature I set it at, the inside temperature never changed (I set it at 20C, but the thermostat showed it was 22.5C all day & night, even if I changed the setting to 19C or 21C). In the end, I turned off the AC and baked all night in the heat. The online check-in process was pretty automated, but it tried to charge a $50 cleaning fee unless I explicitly said no, which I only noticed in the small text. Overall, this was my least positive accommodation experience in over a decade. If you can find something else nearby for a similar price, I suggest you book there.

This is not a hotel. Its a gross apartment in a bad neighborhood. The building is nasty, the parking is scary and the neighborhood is surrounded by bums, junkies, soup kitchens and garbage. Try someplace else!

The photos do not match the property, or the name, or the address! Would not recommend anyone stay here. Nice price, awful place. We couldn't even stay there because we couldn’t get in and had to stay somewhere else. However the other place was amazing, I would recommend a stay at Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts in Toronto.

I Booked as a hotel, but it's actually an unstaffed Airbnb-style rental with no front desk or amenities. Check-in was done online and with random keys from a stranger, leaving us with no luggage storage or restrooms after traveling. This needs to be clearly labeled so future guests know about it ."

I had paid the damage deposit 2 weeks in advance of my stay. Then when I went to check in, they said the deposit was returned and I had to pay again. Long story short, their computer system didn’t work and instead of letting me into the property, they made me stay on hold on the phone for 30 minutes. The person on the phone was not helpful. It was raining and I said I had to get to a meeting.

This organization operates their reservations in a misleading/fraudulent manner. I used Hotels.com to find a rental property for a business trip last week. I found this property which they indicated was at one address on Jarvis St. in Toronto. I paid and received an email confirmation of my reservation at that property address. Only when I went to their site to complete my online check in did I find that they had shifted my reservation 7 blocks to the north to another property which was not within easy walking distance of my meetings. When I reached out to be placed in the original property they informed me they had the right to shift customers to a "comparable property generally in the same area". If they had disclosed the property they ultimately placed me in I would not have booked and paid. By the time I found out, it was too late for me to change. They should not be allowed to do this. As customers, we certainly should have the right to know what property we are reserving. In addition to being misled, I had to incur unplanned public transport and rideshare costs.
