Good stay in the room. Improvement with a front desk more present ( instead on playing on cell). Adress is confusing because Filmore Downtown Suite 212 Dundas is closed and 251 Jarvis has no indication. Improvment also garbage including recycling chute. Thanks

The location was nice. The house itself was actually quite nice. We thought it was large and comfortable. It was also easily accessible to businesses. However, unfortunately, the cleanliness was quite inadequate. The bed, floors, and bathroom were covered in hair. The towels were also dirty. Since there were only two of us, we tried to use the clean-looking items from the other bedroom and closets, but we couldn't be comfortable because they weren't clean. I hope they resolve this.

So the room was very nice and clean. It's pretty rare to have 2 bedrooms at this price. We found that there was 3 negative points. We were given an address on hotels.com and nearing our arrival date we were given other instructions by our establishment's manager. The second thing is that we received an email to input our credit card number for the deposit which we had no way of knowing that it came from them. The last thing is that there was no formal réception. We had to find out who was giving the keys to us. Again, the room was great but the process made us feel a lottle uneasy.

My family booked a two bed, two bath apartment style room for our stay in Toronto. The accommodation were as expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Part of why we booked this particular room was for the city view and it did not disapoint. The 30th floor did offer plenty of city skyline. There is a lot of options for places to eat and things to do well with in walking distance which is nice and also plenty of things just a short drive away. We parked in the parking garage and ended up with a ticket from the city on the windshield of our car on the second morning there. When we checked in we were not told we needed to pay parking for the garage ahead of time. We decided to park in the public lot accros the streat. It ended up being cheaper than the garage. The washer and dryer is a nice amenity, but the dryer does not dry well. We ended up hanging clothes up in the closet to finish drying while we went out. But that was not a huge problem for us. The fire alarm went off at 3AM scaring us all half to death. After about 10 minutes an announcement was made, but it was not in English so we have no idea what was said. We decided to head downstairs. We met several other people on the elevator and had a good chat with them. As soon as we got to the ground floor it was announced that it was a false alarm and back up we went. All in all it served our purpose and was a pleasant stay.

The room was nice and had plenty of dishes and towels. The sheets and towels were clean but floors, baseboards and doors could have been more clean. The elevators were slow mostly because of the volume of people in the building. It was nice to have security in the lobby and a Starbucks and convenient store next door.

Det var en rigtig god beliggenhed - men lejligheden var “træt” og har tydelig præg af meget udlejning. Der var ikke kopper og tallerkner til mere end 3 og det som var der var ikke samme slags. Der var to hylder på toilettet som var lige ved at falde ned. Da vi ankom var dem som skulle tage imod os på ingen måde opmærksomme og vivstod og ventede 20 minutter i en lille lobby - og selvom vi henvendte os i “lobbyen” og de stod lige ved siden af så reagerede de slet ikke. Det tlf nummer som jeg skulle sende en sms på reagerede ikke. MEN den mail opfølgning som var hos del var helt i særklasse og leverede superhurtige svar og eksekverede på mangler.ne hurtigt. Efter booking og lige inden ankomst kom der et “krav” om depositum for skader og ting som vi kunne ødelægge- lidt iøjenfaldende samtidig med at lejligheden var så slidt. Parkering var 35 CAD pr døgn - men lige overfor kunne man få det til 19 CAD pr døgn. En god men træt lejlighed, med fin beliggenhed a og en fin online service. Følte lidt at der dukkede for mange “vi skal lige tjene lidt flere penge på jer ting op undervejs - som man bevares kan sige nej til, men…”

Total Scam, Don't Stay Here, Seriously.. When we checked in at 10:48pm the first night we immediately noticed the AC was not working, it was +26 in the room. We reached out to the support WhatsApp number (as there is no front desk) and they said sorry for the discomfort. We asked for another room and they said they didn't have any despite proving to them we saw availability online. Not even a fan. The next day it was +28 in the room. We reached out for help but they wouldn't respond, so we contacted hotels.com for help. Once hotels.com reached out to them they finally responded to our messages and said they would send someone to help. Someone came after 3pm and wrote a note that the AC doesn't work and they would need to call a tech...DUH!...By text they told me it was fixed. I showed them a picture of the note, and a picture of the temp showing it was not fixed. At 6:31pm on the second day they finally said we could check out and they would issue a full refund for both nights. So we checked out and got another hotel with working AC. I never received the refund, so when I inquired when I would be receiving it they wouldn't respond to me. So I reached out to hotels.com and they got ahold of them. Then they finally messaged me back only to say "No refund will be issued as the stay continued after the AC issue was reported" What!? FYI - temperatures between 26° C and 31° C is considered dangerous temperatures especially for pregnant women. They didn't care.....
