I liked the location. I liked that the first floor of the building has a 7-11, a laundry mat, a barber and restaurants. Made it super convenient. What I didn't like was no hot water. Tepid to cold showers was not ideal. Also on the final day the toilet stopped functioning. Wouldn't flush anymore.

I did not like the fact that we were expected to keep the same bedsheets and 2 bath towels for the entire stay, 4 days. They do not clean the bedrooms while you are there. I had to beg for toilet paper, towels as we were not given hand towels or wash cloths. Our air conditioner was located above the television and it was leaking all over the television and electrical wires. The television set was removed and a small rag was provided for me to wipe. TV was not replaced. Wafer was all over the table and ground. There was no iron and when I asked to borrow one they had to hold my driver’s license. They asked to be moved to a different room so that I can have a television and watch World Cup soccer games, but no one ever got back to me. The lady at the front desk told me that they didn’t have a capacity to provide daily cleaning, amenities, or the basics. I felt like this place was not a true Airbnb or a hotel. That stay overall will never stay here again. Our windows did not have a curtain and you can see through it. We did see there were hooks around the top for a curtain and asked the front desk if they could provide one and they said they could not. Our nightstand lamp did not have a lightbulb.

La ubicación es excelente, estuve en el 5to piso y el elevador llegaba rápido. En planta baja hay un Súper 7 que abre 24 hora, no necesitas cruzar la calle. La atención de los de recepción siempre excelente. Sólo falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones, detalles que no afectan su funcionamiento, como que falta el toallero por ejemplo, y que las toallas están nejas y rotas pero al pedir cambio de toallas me dieron unas nuevas. La vista es muy linda pero la próxima vez pediré arriba del 6to piso para que en mis fotos no salgan los barrotes de la ventana, y poder salir al balcón. Volveré a hospedarme, excelente precio beneficio.

Todo muy bien. La relación calidad y precio es muy favorable. La unidad muy espaciosa ( área de cocineta , antecomedor, espacio sofá individual, recámara con pequeña terraza exterior, y baño ). Fácil acceso, estacionamiento. Mi única observación de la habitación es que las sábanas y toallas ya comienzan a mostrar desgaste de uso. El café del área del lobby no estaba disponible por la mañana ( salíamos 9:30 y aún no lo preparaban ) En general un muy buen lugar para hospedarse El

Al pasillo le falta algo de mantenimiento. En el cuarto la rejilla de extracción de aire está suelta. No se ha repuesto el toallero que en algún momento se rompió.. La cocineta, incluyendo el refrigerador, está excelente. En la recepción hay suficiente café. Hay dos salas de juntas disponibles. La ubicación es muy buena. La vista hacia la montaña es muy buena. Suficiente espacio en el estacionamiento.
