We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again.

The staff were fantastic, and both we and our children had a great time at the park. The location of the hotel is also very good. However, the hotel could be much cleaner, and the breakfast could definitely be improved. I would prefer fewer options but better-quality food. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the breakfast very good this time, and the breakfast area also didn’t feel clean enough.

Only negative was that the selfcatering apartment we had was a little tired (needed new grouting in bathroom and loose veneer etc). The rest of the hotel looked in good order including the dining area. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. Useful that they have shops built into the ground floor, so easy to pick up food etc. Very close to the beach which was great.
