Brilliant English speaking staff and very helpful - thank you. From the outset of our two week holiday, all the staff from reception, house keeping to the breakfast staff were all polite, friendly, smiling and assisted our every request. The room was clean & tidy, breakfast catered for everyone English & continental for tastes. The hotel is in located in a great position, not too central but not far out walking. Yes,I would stay there again.

Hotel is walking distance from Aristotelous square & Roman ruins. There is nearby paid parking at €15 per night. On surface it was clean. There is room service available & breakfast is really good with hot & cold options available. Coffee from the machine was absolutely terrible. Mattresses in the rooms way too soft, not enough support for good night sleep. You literally sunk in them & then struggle to get out. The flash system in the bathroom toilet was only working when both buttons pressed for short & long flush. So much on saving water. Once pressed, you have to physically fiddle with them, so it stops running. Aside from that it was a good enough stay

Overall pretty good hotel. Everything was clean and well kept and the breakfast was good. Two things holding it back: walls are a little thin and very strangely the showers did not come with any soap or shampoo so you literally had to walk out of the shower soaking wet to get hand soap from the sink in order to wash yourself

Fantastic stay at the Park Hotel! Location was perfect - so close to walk to everything. Loved my room with a balcony overlooking the ruins next door & all the way down to the harbour. The breakfast was good - enough filling vegan options to keep me going. Staff were pleasant & helpful.

A nice hotel at a good price. We had a premium room with a large balcony. Breakfast was perfect for us. No restaurant but had room service. Location is acceptable but in the outskirts of the real center. But still close to the shopping district. I personally, with some longer walking problems, would have taken a hotel closer to the White House Tower. Staff were extremely friendly. Only BIG problem was their WI-FI. Out on the balcony we had no coverage at all. In the room it was very unstable. Every five minutes we lost connection totally. So impossible to follow a film or football match. They really should update their Wi-Fi network.

Perfect budget hotel in Thessaloniki. I stayed in the loft which has spectacular views of Mount Olympus and the sea, comfortable bed and a nice kitchen. My only complaint is the noisy refrigerator. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating.
