Confortable hotel in a good location for the centre of town. Car park right at the side as well. Only downside is there is no lift which could be problematic for some people especially if they are on the 4th floor. Would stay here again👍

My 2 teens and I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed the spacious room, the wondeful breakfast, and very pleasant staff. Even though we didn't speak German we were able to manage just fine with translate app. Similar comment to another reviewer, Schwerin is mostly an unknown gem. Not overly crowded like the big cities in Germany and, IMO, more beautiful. The lakes and castle are what truly make the town unique. We also rented a car for the day from Enterprise, also super friendly, and explored Rostock, Wismar, and the surrounding countryside. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful area of Germany!

Nice big apartment

We arrived very late, and oucked up the keys at the bar. We only stayed overnight, so not a lot of interaction with staff. Lication was great for us, between cemetery, cathedral, and palace.

Perfekt beliggenhed i Schwerin i gåafstand til såvel slot, park og alle restauranter, seværdigheder og shopping i centrum af byen. Vi havde cykler med, som vi fik lov at stille i det aflåste kælder/skralderum. Vi havde booket parketingsplads, men nogle ad de andre gæster havde dobbeltparkeret da vi kom, så vi kunne ikke holde på pladsen. Det klarede hotellet omgående ved, at vi i stedet fik lov at holde på en privat plads rundt om hjørnet - uden betaling. Området er temmelig “livligt” om aftenen, og da der ligger en ryge-bar i gyden ved siden af hotellet var der af og til støj og røg fra barens gæster. Vi boede i penthouse, så vi var ikke særligt generede af det, men da vinduet i soveværelset lå over gyden, kunne der af og til komme røg ind den vej. Personalet var super flinke, rengøringen i top og morgenbuffetten i den hyggelige lille bar-restaurant havde et ret varieret indhold at vælge imellem. Så vi var rigtig tilfredse og glade for opholdet. Balkonterrassen er i dårlig stand, men det advares man om via skilte på terrassedøren. Man kan dog sagtens bruge terrassen, bare man er opmærksom.

Fina rum, rent och fräscht. Perfekt läge i en väldigt mysig stad. Om det hade varit möjligt hade jag gett 100 stjärnor till personalen. Så trevliga och hjälpsamma. Personalen får det här stället att kännas som mer än ett hotell. De får det att kännas som ett hem.

Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn wir vorher darüber informiert worden wären, dass sich die Wohnung im fünften Stock befand (ohne Aufzug). Wir persönlich haben keine gesundheitlichen Probleme, aber offensichtlich könnte es jemand haben. Außerdem waren wir ganz zufrieden!

Sehr gut gelegene und geräumige Unterkunft

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft in Schwerin, sehr gut gelegen, nur 3 Gehminuten in die Altstadt und 5 Gehminuten zum Schloss. Das Appartement (Nr. 18) liegt in einer Nebenstrasse (Heinrich-Mann-Straße 5), die aber leider Kopfsteinpflaster hat, so dass die durchfahrenden Autos sehr laut sind. Dafür ist es aber sehr geräumig und bietet 5 Betten und ein Schlafsofa. Die Einrichtung ist modern und praktisch. Gut ist auch der Privatparkplatz direkt gegenüber. 2 Dinge, die aber nach allem nachteilig waren: Erstens hat das Appartement nur ein einziges sehr kleines Duschbad und nur 1 Toilette, was bei der sonstigen Größe und einer Belegung mit einer Familie einfach zu wenig ist. Zweitens fehlt die eigentlich versprochene Spülmaschine, so dass wir alles per Hand spülen mussten. Insgesamt aber ok, wenn man eine geräumige und gut gelegene und alles in allem preiswerte Unterkunft in Schwerin sucht, v. a. für einen Städtebummel.
