Great 3 night stay.

We arrived early and the friendly front of house staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were checked in and supplied with a cot very quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a free (nonalcoholic) mini bar which was restocked each day, that was a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment. Handy onsite parking, although expensive for guests. Bed was large and comfortable - overall very happy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. It is an easy walk from the hotel to the city centre and all the sights.

We were here for a wedding and I chose the hotel for its proximity to the wedding venues (though I was a little scared that I was not reading the maps properly). We were close to the three venues but we did get a taxi to the last venue because of new shoes! The hotel was wonderful. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was very good and the breakfasts were delicious. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were wonderful so all in all a very good choice. I also loved all the paintings throughout the hotel. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

Long weekend in Aachen

Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen.

Modern and comfortable in center of Aachen

Excellent modern hotel in a very central location, perhaps a bit too swish. Excellent views form the rooftop restaurant of the old city of Aachen. Only snag was that air conditioner switched automatically on as soon as I left the room chilling it to fridge-like conditions. A little on the pricey side, but quality and location do justify it.

Fine for a short stay

If you have bulky luggage and arrive by public transportation, keep in mind, there is still a 5 minute walk waiting for you at the bus station. Since the bathroom is an 'open' one, the room seems larger than it actually is. Two elevators are not sufficient for a hotel of this size. I appreciate the eco friendly efforts, still it would be nice to have some ameneties in the room, so you do not have to ask for the minimum basics. All staff members were very friendly, and the breakfast was okay, but lacking some details to be actually good.

This was my third time staying at INNSIDE Aachen and it was as wonderful as the first and second time. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the bar lounge at night. The room was clean with A/C and the premium room is great for the free drinks from water, juices and beer to choose from. When I come to Aachen, I will always stay at INNSIDE because of the friendly staff, good service and convenience of the location.

We were a bit shocked to be asked to pay €24 for one nights parking. Luckily the car park was full so we parked outside with no charge. Bedroom although Ostensibly a double room was two beds put together with two small single duvets. When you lent against the back of the bed the bed moved away from the wall. I have encountered this loads in Germany and I have no idea why they do it

A cidade de Aachen é muito agradável. O hotel é bem grande. Quarto de bom tamanho, cama confortável. Infelizmente o hotel e a cidade estavam lotados. Não pudemos usar o estacionamento do hotel pois estava cheio. Num dos quartos o ar condicionado não funcionou por sorte o clima estava ameno.

Als der zweite (etwa zur Mitte des Aufenthalts) in Betrieb genommen werden konnte (musste wohl repariert werden) war die Lage deutlich entspannter. Insgesamt aber sehr gut wg. zentraler Lage und ruhigem Zimmer.
