Lovely hotel about 20 minutes away from the centre of the city. Quiet, with a lovely room and helpful staff. About a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro.

I think it was the drain in the bathroom that smelt old and rancid which meant every time you came in, it smelt stale. Compared to other boutique hotels I've been to, it wasn't very boutique. Staff were extremely helpful and can't fault them for that. All in all, you pay your money, you get the price. Don't intend to be harsh but it was ok for the price. Would I stay there again? Deduce from my rating.

4/10 Fair

The hotel is well located and convenient for exploring Lisbon. However, the rooms are quite small and equipped with only the bare essentials. In my view, they are not particularly suitable for business travelers. There was hardly any surface or storage space, and I was not able to work properly from the room. In the first room, I could not even find a suitable place to put my suitcase. After the door of a wardrobe came loose and almost fell on me, I was given another room, which was larger and more practical. The condition and maintenance of the rooms could also be improved. The floors in both rooms were so heavily stained that I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, I also experienced one incident that I found unacceptable. Staff entered my room despite a clearly displayed “Do Not Disturb” sign because they wanted to repair the defective safe. I had to become quite firm before they finally left the room. Privacy should be respected, particularly when a guest has explicitly indicated that they do not want to be disturbed. Overall, the location is good and most of the staff are pleasant, but the room quality, maintenance, workspace, and respect for guest privacy need improvement.

This was a very convenient location to some of the public transportation. I regret not booking here earlier it was a very nice Boutique and very modernized. There are some details that do need to be fixed very minor carpet was lifting and one of the baseboards was detaching. I also noticed a dead bug on the blinds but it was very minor and other than that everything was excellent. I recommend getting this details fixed as well as cleaning that blind.

Staff was great - very helpful. Room was clean. AC was nice, shower was nice. But lots of light crept through the door, so it was hard to have a really dark room. The shower also smelled like sewage when I checked in, initially; in the morning it was fine. There was also some sound coming from the window...which led to a kind of inner passageway where many of the windows faced. All night there was some kind of loud sound, like a donkey. Very annoying. Anyway, a mixed review for sure - but it was a great price. I should had used earplugs and a mask.

8/10 Very good

Ulkoa rujo, sisältä luksus. Suhteutettuna hintapisteeseen, oli erittäin yllättävää löytää itsensä noinkin mukavasta ja hyvinhoidetusta huoneesta. Selkeesti panostettu siihen ylellisyyskokemukseen. Saattaa jäädä vakkariksi aina kun haluan mennä Lissaboniin.
