We first visited several years ago and found that the whole place needs some updates. The service in the restaurant needs improvement. They were very short staffed. The pool is still great.

I do really like this hotel for what we are looking for. It is in a nice location to access several good local ski hills, and the big hill at Sauvere. It is a nice old school hotel with a lovely little restaurant. There was a little mix up with the booking, but that staff was very accommodating and came up with a solution. The price was ok. Only 1 of the outdoor hot tubs was working, and the other was at 90 degrees, though not sure if that was a patron fault and left it open, or if there was an issue. The indoor hot tub was nice, newer than the one last time we stayed there. Overall, it was good for a quick family ski trip weekend, where the focus was on getting as much skiing in, with some added comforts after. Would go back.

The hotel is outdated. The owners are obviously cheap as it gets. They sell out because of their location, but they put next to no effort in the actual property. The building itself is well located in a quiet and peaceful area. I liked that it wasn't a bunch of kids screaming and running around. The furniture inside the rooms date back to the 90s. There's broken tiles in the ceiling. The toilet paper is as cheap as it gets which is one of the most frustrating things in hotels. You pay $200/night but they cant spend 30cents for decent toilet paper. The shower gel was empty. The phone to call reception didn't work. Pillows are not comfortable, but the bed mattress was OK. The Water was quite hot, so the tub in the room was nice. The pool was warm and clean. The outside hot tubs are in bad shape. Cold water and jets don't work. It was a reason we went to this hotel, and it was disappointing. I understand in the end the hotel is priced cheaper than nicer hotels, but it's disappointing that the owners do not invest. I will not be staying there again.

Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble, la chambre était superbe et très propre. Le faux foyer dans la chambre n'était pas fonctionnel et dans la soirée nous avons constaté la présence de petites fourmis sur le bureau principal, ce qui nous a assez déplu au final. Le sayna extérieur n'était pas fonctionnel non plus. Sinon, très bel hotel dans l'ensemble.

Was really good! But if you want something relax , just to let you know that there's a lot of families. So yesterday at my supper 🍽 time it was terrible with the noise and the parents that didn't stop to talk loud with them . Nice hotel - should have did a bit more homework - after I booked I saw that I could have claimed a 10% bonus - CA 10 .- probably a gift from government for holidaying in Canada - Did virtual agent right after it was booked and eventhough hadn’t paid fully for trip yet - was denied - also I have one total knee replacement and am on a waiting list to have the other one done- who would think that a highly rated hotel would have no elevator- only had to deal with 3 flights of stairs-hotel had no vacancies on main floor- guess I should have stayed home
