Lovely spacious apartment in a more residential area of Barcelona - 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and metro station, but further from other more touristy areas, but this was fine for us. A well placed and spacious apartment

The apartment was spacious and had what was needed. Some tlc needed (eg painwork and bathroom) but the place was clean. Good ac and a fan in the second bedroom (as pre-requested) was welcomed. Good comms. Lockers for bags super. Location really good. Toiletries and kitchen welcome back great. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay however… it was very odd not to have locks in the doors (toilet, balcony and main door from the inside) so it wasn’t ideal with my little son. Location is great for visiting Sagrada Familia otherwise public transport is handy. Check in and was easy and automatic.

This was a very nice apartment and we enjoyed the place very much. Very clean, quiet, strong AC, and had great views from the beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The only thing that was not communicated very clearly was that our unit was a multi-story apartment and the bathroom, living area and kitchen could only be reached by stairs. We had a member of our party in a wheelchair, so it made access for him difficult. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and those of us with no mobility issues would stay here again.

One of the bedroom downstairs did not have an ac unit so it was warm and no one slept in that room. They had to sleep upstairs on the couch bed next because there is an ac unit upstairs. Misrepresentation of the units

This company owns more than one unit in the building. When we arrived, we were assigned the unit 00, a duplex which is accessed from the ground floor. But all the windows open to a -2 and -1 level small deep hole in the ground at the back. The place stinks of humidity and sewage. The smell stayed all night even though we opened all the windows. The photos on this website show a balcony with a view to a leafy street and this is what I thought I booked. After complaining, we were moved to a 4th unit but after having to spend one night in the horrible stink, which kept us all awake. Booking this apartment is playing russian rulet given the risk you can get this unit. The 4th floor was decent. But the unit 00 is not fit for habitation given the heavy humidity and the sewage stink.

We had been traveling for about 30 hours to Barcelona and from the airport. Check in was understandable but a little tedious with much informational data being required (especially when exhausted). That’s ok but it was not smooth. The property was pretty good but seemed to have a few resolvable issues. The top floor air condition system was not working on arrival and it was later than the maintenance crew would come out. I repaired by rebooting the thermostat system after some analysis and poking some buttons. Good sleep. We left the second day and all was good. But, we washed a load of laundry on our return. Only part of the clothes was wet. Hmmm. Tried a second time with only a couple pieces and still not really cleaning clothes. Washed by hand. Third day after returning dei Sagrada visit, room was cool but a/c unit inside was leaking condensation water into stairwell. No problem. Maint. Fellow came and cleaned drain and we were back to good situation. Heck out time is strict. Ones card is needed to enter building and room and, while we were transferring our luggage down to move on, our door card became inactive. All was good in that we got out safely. We made our egg breakfasts and that was convenient but had to buy salt and oil because there are no condiments offered as an fyi. It was a beautiful location and we would use it again!
