Just a one night stay with a day stay which was very helpful. Friendly staff, lovely grounds and a nice pool. Breakfast was included. Good suggestions in the info book. Minor niggles would be some dated/stained towels and floor mats and the loud gym across the road which they obviously could do little about. One could close the door and shut the occasional noise out. I would stay again perhaps in the very nice looking fale's !

I stayed 2 nights at The Samoa Outrigger hotel 29-31 May 2026. I had a bottom floor room it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. I like to give special mention to Nele the girl on afternoon to evening shift the two days I was there who was very nice and helpful getting me taxis helping me with the washing machine and dryer so I could do my washing and her smiling welcoming face thank you sis. Breakfast was so good and filling. The wifi wasn’t good though for my room I was in room 11 it only worked when I went and stood in the hall way so maybe another modem for end rooms in the ground floor.

I stayed here for two weeks and during my stay, it was pretty good. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff there were pretty friendly and always asked if we needed something. The room we stayed at was nice the touch with the flowers was beautiful (thank you for following my request), but the only downside was the ants. Every single day and night we had to clean out the bin and wipe down the walls and floor due to the ants roaming around. Other than that my experience was really nice thank you!

I like boutique hotels and this establishment follows those sort of lines - historical artefacts, antique furniture and photos showcasing the local Apia history dating back 100 years and more. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was nicely presented.

I enjoyed my stay at the Samoan Outrigger Hotel very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all regards, offering suggestions on visiting area of the island. Cable or satellite television would be the only upgrade I would recommend. I will certainly visit the hotel again in the future.
