It was older, but nice and very friendly staff, making it feel safe. There were no VIP amenities given to me, as Orbitz advertises. But I have come to realize that Orbitz's advertisement of the VIP benefits, they have never really existed. Just some fancy advertising.

All tile floors, I hate carpet so they got that. Clumps of hair on said tile floor on my check in. Asked for extra towels, none ever sent. Did not try breakfast, but looked good. It says 4 stars but more like a 2.5 US

The rooms was very clean, the staff very friendly. My autism son enjoy the pool, and he only speak ingles and the staff manage to interact with him. We enjoy the sauna, the jacuzzi and the steam room. Room service was great. For when we were to tired to go down. Frond desk staff took our safety very high standard. When order taxi, and when we finish at the place we were. The will send a taxi and ask if we are in the right taxi. Love this service very much!!!

2/10 Poor

I couldn’t take a relax bath since I didn’t have clean towels . It seems that they don’t bleach their white towels ever, the towels were not white anymore, they were brown.

overrated for a 4 star hotel. Ordered food and it was not good at all. Caesar salad did not have parmesan cheese, croutons were pieces of white bread extremely soggy a club sandwich with no bacon, tried to ordered a fruit cocktails, did not have fruits. You wont check out until somebody goes to the room and checks everything ( for a 4 stars hotel ) ? will never go back, that's for sure

No deberia tener tina a mi gusto.
